ABOUT US…

The 12U RONAYNE team is designed for committed young athletes who are ready to begin their journey in a highly competitive recruiting organization. These girls will train with that purpose in mind and have a chance to learn from our older, committed athletes along the way. We will assist families by educating them on habits needed for long-term success in softball. Our focus is on developing a complete training system that emphasizes fundamentals, game IQ, mental toughness, accountability, and consistent growth while also nurturing love for the game and good sportsmanship.

As an organization, we hold our coaches to a high standard to create an environment where athletes learn how to prepare, practice, and compete the right way. This staff will accomplish that mission. In addition to playing strong 12U schedules, 12U RONAYNE will challenge itself against select 14U opponents to help accelerate development. They will be exposed to a faster game with stronger opponents and learn how to adapt; vital to their preparation for high school.

Our approach is rooted in player development first, not “tourney wins”. Our philosophy is to play the long game: sharpen core skills, teach smarter softball, and build confidence by breaking through limitations. We can’t wait to launch this team and hope you’ll consider trying out!
